The decoration of Verona Relax & Stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful artwork and vintage furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and always clean, and I especially enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden and terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. The staff ensured that there were no stairs to climb and that there were handrails and comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel, making it easy for me to navigate and feel comfortable during my stay.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance with luggage. Although the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive during my stay, as a senior woman, carrying heavy suitcases can be challenging.

The microwave, fridge, and stovetop were a great addition to the apartment. I never knew I could cook gourmet meals in a hotel room! And the complimentary WiFi was a lifesaver, especially for my Netflix binges.
Oh, how I missed paying extra for airport shuttle service. What a shame!

The microwave, fridge, and stovetop in the apartment were a helpful combo for my epic cooking skills. And hey, they even offered to drive me to the airport! #VIPTreatment
Oh, I'm devastated! They didn't have a rollercoaster in the backyard.

The hotel's decoration is elegant and charming, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas are well-maintained and accessible for senior people, with wide corridors and comfortable seating areas to rest and relax.
It would have been even better if there were handrails in the bathrooms and hallways to provide additional support for senior guests.

The location was perfect, just a few bus stops away from the historical center. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a large bathroom that had a sauna and a fantastic bathtub. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, even providing a welcome gift. The apartment had everything you could need, including toiletries and even candles for a romantic atmosphere. It was a great place for families too, with a large kitchen and dining room. Our 3-year-old son loved it.
The bathtub was a bit difficult to get in and out of, and the bathroom had a musty smell due to the cork walls.

Spacious Living Room: I was amazed by the size of the living room in the apartment. It was like a football field for sofas! I could stretch out and relax after a long day of exploring Verona.
Limited Views: Only a minor hiccup during my stay was the lack of a balcony with a view. I would have loved to sip my morning coffee while gazing at the city or mountains, but unfortunately, my unit didn't offer that amenity.

The apartment had everything I needed, including a microwave, fridge, and stovetop. The property also offered a paid airport shuttle service, which was convenient. The complimentary WiFi was a nice touch too.
Oh, I really missed not having a disco ball hang from the ceiling. So disappointing.
